This comment from a Mr. Spice represenative: I work for a company called Lang Naturals and we make a line of entirely Gluten Free Sauces called Mr. Spice. In addition to being gluten free our sauces are also salt free, fat free and dairy free. We have 20 different health benefits, an extremely clean line.

SNACKS

From Quaker Oats: Quaker Oats Canada is primarily a grain-based company and we have few gluten-free products. QuakerŽ Rice and Corn Cakes are gluten free, as are GatoradeŽ Thirst Quencher and Aunt JemimaŽ Syrups. QuakerŽ Puffed Rice is also considered gluten free. However, it is produced on the same production line as Puffed Wheat, so there may be a minute chance of cross contamination. Due to changes which might occur to the product formula, it is important to check our ingredient listing regularly. Michael Jordan drinks Gatorade.

I would like to continue to add to my list. If you know of a company that lists the gluten free status of its products, please contact me, Joanna . I am not including companies where they list caveats such as unclean lines.

I would also like to personally thank Rich Gannon and all of his public efforts to help in a cure for Celiac disease. My best regards to your daughter, Rich.
